Sagging cabinet doors, broken hinges, swollen or scratched woodwork, loose stair parts and worn finishes, repaired rather than replaced. We sand, fill, re-stain or re-lacquer to bring tired surfaces back. A practical option before a move-out inspection or a home refresh.
